If you need to contact a composer directly, you can find out their representatives by going to their official Web site. If you have a subscription to the IMDbPRO, you can also find their contact information there.
Don't contact the agency simply if you are a collector and want a specific promo by a certain composer, you will not get very far. Only contact them if you have a legit reason to get in touch with the composer.
