German customers can pay by Banküberweisung to a German account.
Sales tax is included in the price.
Shipping to US and Canada is $2.50 for the first CD
and
$1 for each additional CD.
International shipping rates are $6 for the first CD
and $1 for each additional CD.
Insurance is available for $1.35 per shipment.
International insurance is $5.
All orders must be pre-paid.
